Dear Mr. Denton:
As counsel'for Omaha Public Power District, we hereby submit-three (3) signed originals'and nineteen (19) copies of a document entitled " Application for Amendment of Operat-
~ing License," together with forty (40) copies of the pro-posed Technical Specifications.- The application seeks to amend Section 2.0 and 3.0 of the Technical Specifications set forth in Appendix A to that License to include operabil-ity'and surveillance requirements for the Toxic Gas Moni-toring System, and to make administrative changes to correct the duplication of numbering of a table.
Pursuant to 10 CFR Part 170, a check for-the applica-tion fee, $150.00 accompanies this application.
We request that this amendment become effective 30 days after approval by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
A Certificate of Service showing service of these documents on the persons listed therein is also enclosed.
