Dear Mr. Denton:
As counsel for Omaha Public Power District ("OPPD"), we hereby submit three (3) signed originals and nineteen (19) copies of a document entitled " Application for Amendment of Operating License," together with forty (40) copies of the proposed Technical Specifications (Attachment A).
The application seeks to amend Sections 2 and 3 of the Technical Specifications set forth in Appendix A to that License to incorporate Technical Specifications for the Inadequate Core Cooling Instrumentation.
Pursuant to 10 C.F.R.
S 170.21, a check for the application fee of $150.00 accompanies this application.
OPPD requests 60 days from the date of issuance or 150 days from the date of filing, whichever is later.
A certificate showing service of these documents on the persons listed therein is also enclosed.
