As counsel for Omaha Public Power District, we hereby submit three (3) signed originals and nineteen (19) copies of a document entitled " Application for Amendment of Operating License," together with forty (40) copies of the proposed Technical Specifications. The application seeks to amend Section 3.12 of the Technical Specifications set forth in Appendix A to that License to incorporate surveillance requirements for solid radioactive waste.
Pursuant to 10 C.F.R. S 170.21, a check for the application fee of $150.00 accompanies this application. We request that this amendment become effective October 3, 1985, consistent with the effective date of Amendment 86 (RETS).
A Certificate of Service showing service of these documents on the persons listed therein is also enclosed.
