hereby submit three (3) signed originals and nineteen (19) copies of a document entitled, " Application for Anandment of

Operating License," together with forty (40) copies of a design description containing the proposed technical specifica-tions and safety discussion.
The application seeks to amend Section 6.2 of the Technical Specifications set forth in Appendix A to that License be deleted. A check for the appro-priate fee of $4,000 is enclosed since this application is deemed to be a Class III Amendment.
