Dear Mr. Denton:
As counsel for Omaha Public Power District, we hereby submit three (3) signed originals and nineteen (19) copies of a document entitled " Application for Amendment of Operating License," together-with forty (40) copies of the proposed
-Technical' Specifications.
The application seeks to amend several sections of the Technical Specifications set forth in Appendix'A to that License to-incorporate changes to update snubber table listings and surveillance requirements in connection with Nuclear Detector Well Cooling Annulus Exit Air Temperature Detectors.
Pursuant to 10 C.F.R.
S 170.21, a check for the application fee of $150.00 accompanies this application.
We reques t that this amendment become effective thirty days af ter c.ppcoval by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
