Dear Mr. Denton:
As counsel for Omaha Public Power District, we hereby submit three (3) signed originals and nineteen (19) copies of a document entitled, " Application for Amendment of Operating License," together with forty (40) copies of a design description containing the proposed technical specifications and safety discussion.
The application seeks to amend Sections 2.5 and 3.9 of the Technical Speci-fications set forth in Appendix A to that license to clarify requirements for ensuring the availability of auxiliary feedwater during plant operation.
A check for the appropriate fee of $1,200 is enclosed since this application is deemed 0 \\
