Dear Mr. Denton:
As counsel for Omaha Public Power District ("OPPD"), we hereby submit three (3) signed originals and nineteen (19) copies of a document entitled " Application for Amendment of Operating License," together with forty (40) copies of the proposed Technical Specifications (Attachment A) and the Discussion, Justification and No Significant Hazard Consideration (Attachment B).
The application seeks to amend Sections 2 and 3 of the Technical Specifications set forth in Appendix A to that License to incorporate revised Limiting conditions for Operation and Surveillance Requirements for the Steam Generator Isolation Signal.
Pursuant to 10 C.F.R. S 170.21, a check for the application fee of $150.00 accompanies this application.
OPPD requests 30 days from the date of receipt of the amendment in order to implement the new specifications.
A cortificate chowing service of these documents on the persons listed therein is also enclosed.
