Dear Mr. Denton:
As counsel for Omaha Public Power District, we hereby submit three (3) signed originals and nineteen (19) copies of a document entitled, " Application for Amendment of Operating Licence", together with forty (40) copies of a design description containing che proposed technical specifications and safety discussion.
The application seeks to amend Sections 2.19 arid 3.15 of the Technical Specifications ~ set forth in Appendix A to that License to specify requirements for the operation and surveillance of a halon fire suppression system scheduled to be installed at the Fort Calhoun Station in October, 1980.
