Dear Mr. Denton:
As counsel for Omaha Public Power District, we hereby submit three (3) signed originals and nineteen (19) copies of a document entitled " Application for Amendment of Operating License," together with forty (40) copies of the proposed Technical Specifications.
The application seeks to amend several sections of the Technical Specifications set forth in Appendix A to that License to incorporate changes necessary to support Cycle 10 operation.
Pursuant to 10 C.F.R. S 170.21, a check for the application fee of $150.00 accompanies this application.
Because of the change in core loading for this cycle, these Technical Specifications must be issued prior to startup from the 1985 refueling outage.
Thus we request that this amendment become effective prior to the first week in December, the tentatively scheduled date for this startup.
A Certificate of Service showing service of these documents on the persons listed therein is also enclosed.
