Dear Mr. Denton:
As counsel for Omaha Public Power District, we hereby submit three (3) signed originals and nineteen (19) copies of a. document entitled " Application for Amendment of Operating License," together with forty (.40) copies of the proposed technical specifications.
The application seeks to amend Section.2.0 and Definitions of the Technical Specifications set forth in Appendix A to that License to clarify the term OPERABLE and provide additional clarification in the applica-tion of the term OPERABLE / OPERABILITY.
A. check for the appropriate fee of $1,200 is enclosed since this application is. deemed to be a Class II Amendment.
