Dear Mr. Denton:
As counsel for Omaha Public Power District, we hereby submit three (3) signed originals and nineteen (19) copies of a document entitled " Application for Amendment of Operating License," together with forty (40) copies of the proposed Technical Specifications.
The application seeks to amend several sections of the Technical Specifications set forth in Appendix A to that License to change the titles of senior District management positions, revise the surveillance capsule removal schedule, and to remove sections requiring compliance with schedules that have been superseded by federal regulations.
Pursuant to 10 C.F.R. S 170.21, a check for the application fee of $150.00 accompanies this application.
We request that this amendment become effective thirty days after approval by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
A Certificate of Service showing service of these documents on the persons listed therein is also enclosed.
