Dear Mr. Taylor:

1 am in receipt of the Commission's " Director's Decision Pursuant to 10 C.F.R. $2.206" issued November 19, 1986. On behalf of my clients.

Toledo Coalition for Safe Energy and Susan A. Carter, I hereby request that your office reconsider its decision and order Toledo Edison Company to show cause why its operating license for Davis-Besse should not be revoked, modified or suspended. In connection with that order, I further request that you set into motion the steps necessary to have the powerplant shut down pending adjudication of the issues raised in my clients' $2.206 petition.
