Dear Sir or Madam:

This is a request for information under the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act as amended (5 U.S.C. 552).

I request a complete and thorough search of all filing systems for all records or documents maintained by your agency concerning suspect piping from Piping Supplies Inc. of Folsom, N.J., and West Jersey Manufacturing Co. of Williamstown, N.J., used in the Davis-Besse nuclear power plant.

The documents I am seeking include, but are not limited to, lists of the suspect piping used at Davis-Besse; diagrams of where this piping was used at Davis-Besse; any reports about prior problems with this piping at Davis-Besse; and correspondence cetween the NRC and Toledo Edison about the suspect piping.

I am making this request in my capacity as a news reporter for WTOL-TV. I plan to use the requested information for a news ,

story.
