FREEDOM OF INFORMATION REQUEST
Dear Sir or Madam:
This is a request Information Act as amended (5 U.S.C. 552).for information under the provisions of the Freed I request a complete and thorough search of all filing systems for all records or documents maintained by your agency concerning an alleged incident on Dec. 31,1986, or Jan.1,1987, at the Davis-Besse nuclear power plant, Docket 50-346.
Ihe incident involves the alleged behavior of Mr. Lou Storz, the p.lant manager, on one of the two dates listed above.
Storz was at the plant while under the influence of intoxicants.It has been alleged that Mr.
It has further been alleged that the Nuclear Regulatory Conunission has prepared a report of s ome type concerning the above incident.
I would like a copy of that report, along with copies of any other documents relating to the above incident.
