This refers to the routine inspection conducted by Messrs. A. D'Angelo,

C. Myers and G. Perez of this office on February 28 through April 17, 1987 of

activities authorized by NRC License No. bPR-54, and to the discussion of our

j findings held with Mr. Redeker and other members of your staff on May 15, 1987.

Areas examined during this inspection are described in the enclosed inspection <

l report. Within these areas, the inspection consisted of selective '

i examinations of procedures and representative records, interviews with

i personnel, and observations by the inspectors.

j No violations with NRC requirements were identified within the scope of this

j inspection.
