Imation_ All of the premises including the land, and all of the buildings and structures of Georgia Power Company's Alvin W. Vogtle Nuclear Plant, located within both the ninnt's orotected area and the owner secured area on approximately 319 acres and is inclusive of the cooling towers and the entire river intake and discharge structures. The 230-500 KV switchyard directly north of the main power block and outside of the above referenced 319 acres is also included. The Alvin W. Vogtle Nuclear Plant is located on the Southwest side of the Savannah River, approximately 26 miles Southeast of Augusta, Georgia in Burke County, Georgia. The aforementioned description is referenced on the " Location and Vicinity Map", figure 1.1-1, amended 19 9/85, CX2D45V002, Rev 6 in the FSAR.
