Nuclear Energy Liebility Insurance MUTUAL ATOMIC ENERGY LIABILITY UNDERWRITERS SPECIFICATION OF CERTIFICATE EFFECTIVE DATE AND PREMIUM ENDORSEMENT It is agreed that:

1. The United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission has issued to the insureds named in Item 1 of the Declarations Operating License-No. NPF-79 effective February 9, 1989 for the reactor described in Item 3 of the Declarations of the Certificate.

2. Item 6 of the Declarations of the Certificate is deleted and replaced by the following:
