Dear Mr. Grimsley:
Under the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act, 5 U.S.C. 552, I am requesting access to any and all docu-ments pertaining to Steve McNally, Billy Weatherford, James Register, Susan Tiller Register and Leslie Price.
At least two of these individuals spoke with NRC Senior Investigator Bruno Uryc in Region II and attempted to initiate investiga-tions at Georgia Power Company's Plant Vogtle in Waynesboro, Georgia.
If there are any fees for searching for, or copying, the records I have requested, please let me know and I will be glad to make arrangements for immediate payment.
If, for any reason, all or any part of this request is denied, please cite the specific exemptions which you think justify your refusal to release the information, and inform me of the appeal procedures available to me under the law.
