Dear Dr. Grace:

As you recall from our enforcement conference of February 23, mention was made of a forthoming visit by Dr. William Kerr, 01 airman of the Advisory Comnittee on Reactor Safeguards, who had been asked to visit the Neely Nuclear Research Heactor, to inspect the facility and assess the staff.

Dr. Kerr visited the Center on March 24 - 25, and has finalized his report; and, as we discussed at our meeting of February 23, a copy is attached. I will appreciate your reviewing the report and including it in Georgia Tech's file.
