5. Perform an in-depth audit of the security plan. The audit will be completed 10/15/89.

6. Audit all keys and cards that have been issued to NNRC personnel. Audit will be. completed 10/15/89.

7. Develop procedure for key and card control. Procedure will be developed by 12/15/89.

8. Develop procedure for routine- testing of security system and emergency power source. Procedure will be developed by 12/15/89.

9. Revise security plan to reflect current standards and needs. A revised draft of the security plan will be submitted-to NRC for review on or before 3/01/90.

10. A Safeguards Event Log has been established and will be maintained in accordance with Regulatory Guide 5.62.

Additionally, the responsibility for the security system at NNRC is assigned to Mr. Billy Statham, effective immediately.
