In accordance with a conversation on February 21, 1986, between Mr. J. Rode of Combustion Engineering, Inc., and A. L. Soong, of my-staff, and pursuant to Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 70, Materials License No. SNM-33 is hereby amended to add Conditions 6E, 7E, and 8E which shall read as follows:

Condition 6.E.* Cobalt-60 Condition 7.E.* Sealed Source Condition 8.E.* 2.5 curies

• Authorization granted only to receive, perform measurements, and dispose of this material by May 31, 1986.

All other conditions of this license shall remain the same.

On February 21, 1986, this amendment request was discussed with William Axelson, Region III, and he has no objection to the proposed amendment. [
