in accordance with your application dated August 13,1999, and pursuant to Part 70 to Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Materials License SNM-33 is hereby amended as follows:
1.
To change the name of the licensee to ABB Combustion Engineering Nuclear Power, Inc.
2.
To incorporate into the license the date June 18,1999, for decommissioning financial assurance.
Accordingly, Condition S-1 has been revised to include the date of August 13,1999. All other conditions of this license shall remain the same.
