E. Gundersen of this office or July 24-28, 1989. It also refers to the discussion of his inspection findings with members of your management at Combustion Engineering's Fuel Fabrication Plant at Hematite, Missouri on July 28, 1989.
The inspection included examination of activities related to your program for the control and accounting of special nuclear material in accordance with applicable requirements of Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 74,
" Nuclear Material Control and Accounting of Special Nuclear Material,' and pertinent license conditions as described in the enclosed inspection report.
