By letters dated August 19, 1982 and May 28, 1985, the Division of Licensing (DL) staff infonned the District of their approval of your August 3, 1982 application, as revised, and issued a Safety Evaluation Report entitled "Once-Through Steam Generator Repair and Auxiliary Feedwater System Modifications" and Amendment No. 66 to Facility Operating License No. DPR-54. This application related to the Auxiliary Header Repair and associated Technical Specification changes for the Rancho Seco Huclear Generating Station. A Class III ($4,000) fee was remitted with letter dated September 9, 1982, pursuant to 10 CFR 170.22 of the March 23,1978 regulations.
Based on information provided by the DL staff as the result of their final review of your application, it has been determined that a Class IV fee ($12,300) is appropriate since the review involved consideration of several safety issues. Therefore, the District is requested to remit the additional sum of $8,300 to this office to complete the fees due for the August 3 application.
