AMENDMENT NO. 75 TO FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE NO. DPR-54, FIRE HOSE AND REPORTING TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS The Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment No.75 to Facility Operating License No. DPR-54 for the Rancho Seco Nuclear Generating Station. This amendment consists of a change to the Technical Specifications (TSs) in response to your application dated October 29, 1984.

The amendment revises the Technical Specifications defining fire hose acceptability and corrects certain inconsistencies in reporting requirements.

A copy of the Safety Evaluation is also enclosed. Notice of Issuance will be included in the Comission's Biweekly Notice.
