Denton, Director Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission Phillips Building Room 202A Washington, D. C. 20555 Re: NRC Docket Nos. 50-424 & 50-425

Dear Mr. Denton:

The October 31st Order of the Commission indicates that you are considering a supplemental decision regarding the re-quests of Georgians Against Nuclear Energy (GANE). The order further suggests that you anticipate new information to be forwarded by the Licensee regarding the issues addressed in your previous decisions in this matter. As I stated in my June 8, 1979 letter to you, GANE would like the oppor-tunity to examine and comment on any additional data relevant to the GANE Petition that your office might receive.

Please advise me whether you are considering the information contained in the November 27, 1979 letter to you from Mr. W.

E. Ehrensperger in relation to this docket. Further, if there is any additional information, please advise me as to what it is so that we may be able to comment on that information as well.

Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.

Very truly yours, h h Gary Flack GF/1 9 d/g' s
