Uponinvestigation, itwasfoundthatwithNuclearReactorUnitP2inthestart-upmode,thelaboratory technician mistakenly thoughtthatsuspended solidsandIronandCoppersampleswereonlytobetakeninthenormalrunningmode~Thesamplingprocedure hasbeenreviewedwiththetechnician.
