- EST, plant personnel discovered a
small oil sheen at the north storm water outfall 001S.
This event was reported to you at 1557 hours0.018 days <br />0.433 hours <br />0.00257 weeks <br />5.924385e-4 months <br />.
The oil residue from the parking lot and roadway was gradually entering Lake Michigan even though oil absorbent booms were in place at the outfall.
No other cleanup measures were utilized or deemed feasible.
