I take this opportunity to inform you that Campaign for a Prosperous Georgia and Georgians Against Nuclear Energy have agreed to consolidate as Co-Petitioners for the purpose of these proceedings, as suggested by the Board.
I have enclosed here CPG /GANE's Response to the Board's Memorandum and Order on Special Prehearing Conference.                I believe this response will clarify our position on Contentions 10 and 11 and I respectfully request the Board to amend its order accordingly.          I appreciate your granting an extension for filing this response as I was on my honeymoon when the order arrived at the LEAF office.
