The purpose of this letter is to advise you and members of your staff of a recent change in the assigned licensing engineer at our WPPSS nuclear projects 3 and 5 (WNP-3/5).

Mr. K enneth W. Cook has been assigned the responsibility cf Licensing Engineer at WNP-3/5 and will provide the point of contact with your personnel for that project.
