3 Design Procedure Manufacture Unusual Service

.! Condition Including Installation / Environmental Construction Component Failure Operator Other (Specify) x The apparent cause was due to a natural dying off of threadfin shad during the winter season.

, 9. Analysis of Occurrence:

! 10. Corrective Action:

1 Long term studies are in progress to determine the effects of plant operation on the aquatic ecosystems of the Dardanelle Reservoir. Data j from this report and other data obtained is fed back into these studies to determine what changes might be made to the studies in order to ensure that adequate data is obtained for evalu'ating plant impact. ,

Review by APGL and its consultants of the results of these studies will j

determine what corrective action might be taken to reduce plant effects on the Reservoir.
