"Supplementary Acceptance of Licensing Topical Report NEDE-20566A (P)", dated May ll, 1982 Reference (a) relinquished credit for the WNP-2 PCT Margin (2200 F - 1960 F) until NRC review of the General Electric generic document NEDO-20566 was complete. References (b) and (c) document the completion of that review.

With NRC approval of the .revised~ rupture cladding model a plant specific, Appendix K, 10 CFR 50, analysis for WNP-2 was completed.

With completion of this review it is requested that Supplement No. 2 to the WNP-2 SER, NUREG-0892, Section 4.2.3.2(7), 4.2.3.3(l), and 4.2.3.3(3), be revised to indicate that the cladding rupture concern discussed has been resolved and the PCT margin is not required to account for cladding rupture.

Section 6.3 of the WNP-2 FSAR will be revised to reflect the WNP-2 plant specific analysis. Should you have further questions, please contact Mr. R. M.
