NUCLEAR PLANT NO. 2, OPERATING LICENSE NPF-21 ANTICIPATED TRANSIENTS WITHOUT SCRAM RECIRCULATION PUMP TRIP, TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION REVISION As a result of discussions between Hs. P. Eng and Hr. H. Lee (NRR) and Messrs P. Powell and R. Green (Supply System) the Supply System has reevaluated the subject technical specification with respect to recent system modifications implemented during our spring 1990 refueling outage.
This reevaluation has identified changes to the technical specification needed to more closely align the technical specification with the present design. The Supply System has commenced processing the change anticipating being able to submit the change by September 28, 1990.
