FACILITY REVIEW OF WRITTEN EXAM A post exam review of the Licensed Operator Annual Requalification written exam given on the weeks of February 26th and March 5th, 1990, was held following the exam with Mr. Meadows in accordance with NUREG 1021, ES 201.
During this review, all facility comments were resolved at the time that examinations were administered with Hr. Meadows who modified the official answer key appropriately. Based on 'his, no formal comments per ES 201 (Rev.ision 5) Ai;tachment 2, Enclosure 4 will be submitted.
