This revision to EPIP 13.1.1 generally represents a resolution of comments made to previous revisions by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission and the State of Washington. It also includes a new format of matrix charts that is intended to improve the identification of symptomatic and situation based emergency conditions.

Review copies are also being forwarded to the State of Washington, Benton/Franklin County Emergency Management office, and the Department of Energy Richland Operations.
