FRENCH PHYSICAL SECURITY VISIT AND DISCUSSIONS This is to inform you that Region IV has reviewed the infomation contained in letters to you from the NRC Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (NRR) dated June 9 and 16, 1989, regarding a proposed visit of six security experts with security clearances from the French Ministry of Industry and Management of Territories. As stated in the June 16, 1989, NRR letter, it is acceptable for Houston Lighting & Power Company to demonstrate to and ciscuss with the French experts those matters referred to in the June 9,1989, NRR letter.
