The pH of a sample from discharge point 301 (Wastewater Settling Basin) exceeded the permit limit.
Date Sample Taken            11/27/85 Date Results Received:      11/27/85 Results of Analysis:        9.7 Permit Limitation:          6.0 to 9.0 CAUSE OF NONCOMPLIANCE:
The cause of the noncompliance is unknown. The operator log was reviewed for the period involved - no unusual entires were noted. Shift supervision and operations personnel on duty during this period were also not able to identify any abnormal event which could have caused this condition.
