DESCRIPTION OF NONCOMPLIANCE:

The pH of a sample from discharge point 301 (Wastewater Settling Basin) exceeded the permit limit.

Date Sample Taken 11/7/85 Date Results Received: 11/7/85 Results of Analysis: 9.1 Permit Limitation: 6.0 to 9.0 CAUSE.OF NONCOMPLIANCE:

The cause of the noncompliance is unknown. A separate sample taken on the same day by another individual was 9.0. .The two samples are within the accuracy of the analysis.
