The pH of a sample from dischargo point 301 (Wastowater Settling Basin) excooded the permit limit.

6.0 to 9.0 CAUSE OF NONCOMPLIANCE:
The cause of the noncompliance was the offluent pH monitors had drif ted out of calibration.
DURATION OF NONCOMPLIANCE:
The duration of the noncompliance is estimated to be 24 hotIr s.
NOTE:
A recent conversation with the DER regional offico indicated that the pH limitations for this dischargo point will be removed from the pormit sometime in the future.

The neutralization tank and the raw water pH meters i

PREVENTION OF FUTURE OCCURRENCES:
The pH meters will be calibrated on a regular frequency.
