In regard to my letter of September 21, 1970, which was sent by registered mail to your office, I am wondering if I may expect reply to my query soon.

This matter is of utmost importance at the present time with the construc-1 tion permit hearings for the Davis-Besse plant to b e scheduled in the near fu ture.
