During a routine surveillance calibration check, the setpoint of the PCRV rupture disc assembly, M-11702, was found to be 826 psig. Since this set-point is higher than the 312 psig

• 1% allowable bv Fort St. Vrain Techni-cal Specification LSSS 3.3.2(c), it is being reported per Fort St. Vrain Technical Specification AC 7.5.2(b)1.

EVENT DESCRIPTION:

With the reactor shutdown and depressurized for a maintenance shutdoun per-iod, low set rupture disc, M-11702, was removed from service for a scheduled surveillance calibration bench test. The "as found" pressure setpoint was 326 psig. The acceptance criterion of LSSS 3.3.2(c) requires the set pres-sure to be 812 psig + 1% (804 psig to 820 psig).

The rupture disc. movement setpoint being out of tolerance was caused by drift of the Belleville washer operating point over the period since its last cali-bration surveillance.

CORRECTIVE ACTION:

The threaded ring holding the Belleville washers was adjusted until the

-rupture disc operated at. 812 psig and the unit was returned to service.

No.further corrective-action is. anticipated or required.
