A review of the I"ovember NPDES monitoring report revealed that a sample of-"Steam Generator Blowdown Prior to It.'Iixing Cooling Water" was not obtained for total suspended solids or Iron and Copper analysis.Upon investigation, it was found that with Nuclear Reactor Unit P2 in the start-up mode, the laboratory technician mistakenly thought that suspended solids and Iron and Copper samples were only to be taken in the normal running mode~The sampling procedure has been reviewed with the technician.
