In accordance with Reference 1, the following additional SPDS information is submitted:

Attachment Item 1 Summary of reliability report prepared by SAIC; describing methodology and results.

2 Summary of verification and validation discrepancies l and resolutions addressed in various reports.

The District's position on various non-resolved verification and validation discrepancies is elaborated on in a supplement to Attachment 2.

Since the issuance of the final verification and validation reports, revisions have been made to several SPDS documents. These revisions are being reviewed for any impact on the verification and validation reports. If this review discloses any changes are needed to the submitted information, your office will be notified.
