Pursuant to the agreement for quarterly submission of emergency planning related procedures and documents, we are transmitting herein, under separate cover, a complete package of all such items that have been revised. This includes the FSV Medical Emergency Plan, Emergency Procedures, and Radiological Emergency Response Plan-Implementing.
You will now be placed on a "non-controlled" distribution list for specified procedures as discussed during the emergency ~ preparedness appraisal audit. You will be receiving, on a regular basis, updates to these documents and procedures. It will be necessary for you to replace outdated documents as received.
