Dear Mr. Kuzmycz:
In a letter dated May 3,1979, the Nuclear Regulatery Commission trans-mitted a copy of the Westinghouse Standard Technical Specifications on Fire Protection, and requested that we follow its intent in terms of adding the appropriate sections into our Technical Specifications in our own format.
We responded by submitting revisions to existing Technical Specifica-tions and new Technical Specifications which follow the intent of the Standard Technical Specifications on Fire Protection.
Attached please find a step by step comparison between the Standard Technical Specifications and the proposed new or revised Fort St. Vrain Technical Specifications which we submitted (Reference 1).
We will submit a correction to our request for change to the Administra-tive Controls section of our Technical Specifications (Reference 2) to follow the intent of the Standard Technical Specifications on Fire Protection.
