NUCLEAR PLANT NO. 2 RESPONSE TO GENERIC LETTER 88-11, RADIATION EMBRITTLEMENT OF REACTOR VESSEL MATERIALS, REGULATORY GUIDE 1.99, REVISION 2 As directed by the subject generic letter, the Supply System is in the process of evaluating the WNP-2 reactor vessel materials per Regulatory Guide 1.99, Rev. 2 and will be revising the WNP-2 pressure/temperature curves. When completed this evaluation will be used to support a technical specification change scheduled for submittal October 1989. With WNP-2 being relatively "young" the impact of radiation embrittlement is minimal and a submittal on the above schedule remains conservative. This response satisfies the 180 day submittal requested by the generic letter.
