NUCLEAR PLANT NO. 2 OPERATING LICENSE NPF-21 LETTER OF APPRECIATION, J. 0. BRADFUTE The present state of'icensing activities supporting the current WNP-2 outage and the recent NRR reorganization mark an appropriate moment in which to extend appreciation to Nr. J. 0. Bradfute for his personal efforts in assisting the Supply System in his role as the Nuclear Regulatory Commission's Project Hanager for WNP-2.

Despite an inordinate amount of activity on other issues related to WNP-2 which consumed a great deal of his time, Hr. Bradfute has been able to obtain review and approval of several needed technical specif'ication changes crucial to successfully maintaining the planned outage schedule.

Obviously, his position as WNP-2 Project Nanager required the resolution of these activities, but it is felt that without exceptional perseverance, his willingness to spend whatever time was needed even at his own personal expense, and attention to detail on his part the impact to the present outage could have been significant and telling in allocation of resources and potential delay.
