1) Letter R.M. Diggs to G.C. Sorensen, Licensed Operator Requalification Program Fees, dated April 12, 1985.

2) Letter R.M. Diggs to G.C. Sorensen, RFW Piping Usage factor, dated April 12, 1985.

The referenced letters noted that application fees, as required by 10CFR170 had not been provided with our requests for review of the WNP-2 Licensed Operator'Requalification Program and the Reactor Feedwater Piping usage factor.

Attached, please find our warrant in the amount of $ 4,150.00 to cover the following application fees:

1) $ 4,000 as required by 10CFR 170.22 (March 23, 1978 regulations) for review of the Licensed Operator Requalification Program.

2) $ 150.00 as required by 10CFR 170 (June 20, 1984 revision) for review of our request to increase the allowable usage factor for certain portions of the Reactor Feedwater Piping.

We understand that we will be billed for any additional costs associated with these reviews in accordance with the appropriate regulations.
