H - Other Summary Of Monthly Operating Experience Unit 4 had been shut down since 6/27/2005 from a turbine trip and subsequent reactor trip that wNas due to an internal fault in the main transformer. The transformer was replaced. Unit 4 entered mode 1 on 7/15/2005.

The unit was shut down per station procedure to repair an isophase bus ground. On 7/16/2005 the unit re-entered mode 1, reaching 100% power on 7/17/2005, and has continued operating at essentially 100% power for the month of July.
