C. 20555-0001 Re: Turkey Point Units 3 and 4 Docket Nos. 50-250 and 50-251 Radiological Emergency Plan Revision 75 The Turkey Point Plant Radiological Emergency Plan, Revision 75 was implemented on April 7, 2023.
A summary of the changes to the revised document is attached. FPL has determined that the changes described do not result in a decrease in the effectiveness of the Emergency Plan.

- Deleted the requisite to maintain copies of the State of Florida Radiological Emergency Plan in the Emergency Plan Revision 75 Implementation Date: 04/07/2023
